Manage automatic cleanup of scan log records
Overview
The Log Cleanup Scheduler automatically removes old log entries. It runs daily at 2:00 AM org local time.
The cleanup job applies retention and max entry settings separately for File Scan Logs, URL Scan Logs, and Audit Trail entries. See Log Settings for retention values and Schedulers for scheduler management.
Storage Impact
Each record consumes custom object storage. The approximate storage per record is ~2 KB. For a rough estimate:

Monitor your org storage in Setup → Storage Usage and adjust retention settings accordingly.
