Dashboard
Overview
The Dashboard is the analytics landing page of the bowbridge Anti Virus for Salesforce app. It shows scan activity, blocked volume, scan results, file type trends, profile usage, user activity, and scanned locations for the selected time range.
Users assigned the ThreatProtectionDashboardViewer permission set can access read only dashboard analytics and exports without receiving full administrator access.
Time Range
Use the time range filter at the top of the page to choose the reporting period. The dashboard loads with the last 30 days by default.
Key Performance Indicators
KPI cards summarize the selected period.

PDF Export
Click Export PDF to create a dashboard report for the selected time range. Before downloading, choose which sections to include:
- Key Performance Indicators.
- Scan Volume Over Time.
- Blocked Volume Over Time.
- Scan Result Distribution.
- Scans by File Type.
- Scans by Protection Profile.
- Scans by User.
- Scans by Location.
The PDF includes dashboard branding, the selected date range, KPI cards, and selected chart images.
CSV Export
Click Export CSV to download scan log data as a ZIP file. The ZIP contains:

If a log type reaches the export limit, the app shows a warning that the export may be truncated at 50,000 records.
